- The purchased product is corrupt, damaged, or not functioning as described, and our support team confirms the issue.
- No refunds will be processed in the following cases:
- The product has been successfully downloaded and accessed by the customer.
- The issue arises due to the customer’s device compatibility, lack of required software, or incorrect usage.
- Change of mind, accidental purchase, or personal dissatisfaction after a successful download.
Refund Process
- Customers must contact our support team within 7 days of purchase with valid proof of the issue.
- Our team will investigate the matter and attempt to resolve the issue first.
- If the issue remains unresolved or the product is confirmed as faulty, a refund will be initiated.
